A.C. Blake is a Canadian-American poet, author, and illustrator whose works are deeply influenced by her rich heritage and the beauty of natural landscapes. A lifelong admirer of L.M. Montgomery, Blake channels themes of resilience, hope, and nature in her creative endeavors, weaving together words and images that speak to the heart.Her poetry, short stories, and illustrations have been published internationally, recognized for their emotional depth and cultural richness. Blake's work has appeared in numerous anthologies and literary journals, and some of her original papers are preserved in the prestigious de Grummond Children's Literature Collection at the University of Southern Mississippi.Blake studied at Emily Carr University in British Columbia and holds an MA from Syracuse University and a terminal MFA from the University of Hartford.
