The volume Center and Periphery. The socio-political dynamics, globalization and cultural dialogue favor the synchronic and diachronic center-periphery movement, the periphery-center in the knowledge and understanding process of the Other, who is also similar and different from "I". The whole approach is desire of completing and nuancing the Humanity itself, beyond the political boundaries, cultural practices and groups' interests.
