Niigaanwewidam James Sinclair (St. Peter's/Little Peguis Anishinaabe) is Assistant Professor in the Department of Native Stud-ies at the University of Manitoba. Heidi Kiiwetinepinesiik Stark (Turtle Mountain Anishinaabe) is Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Victoria.
