O autor é advogado da Ordem dos Advogados da República Centro-Africana e de Paris. É também o Representante Legal das Vítimas no Tribunal Penal Internacional (TPI). D. em antropologia e licenciatura em criminologia, o autor tem vindo a trabalhar na governação africana.
