Dr. Georges ANDJIPAKOTO ist ordentlicher Universitätsprofessor an der Universität Bangui. Er lehrt und forscht in den Bereichen Geopolitik und Raumplanung an der Abteilung für Geographie (FLSH). Der Autor hat außerdem mehrere Bücher über die zentralafrikanische Krise und den laufenden demokratischen Prozess in der Zentralafrikanischen Republik veröffentlicht.
