Linda Chelan Li has been Assistant Professor in the Department of Public and Social Administration at the City University of Hong Kong since 1995. Previously she has worked as an Executive Officer in the Hong Kong government, and as Legislative Council Advisor / Policy Advisor to various Hong Kong government officials.
