He leads large-scale transformation programs that drive meaningful change for individuals, teams, organizations, and society.Dave is the former CEO of the multinational company Qnet and the founder/CEO of the tech startup Execuvite. He has led multinational teams across 34 countries, living in Israel, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and now the USA, where he coaches executives at Fortune 500 companies, mid-size firms, and tech startups.As a former fighter pilot and Air Force commander, Dave has redefined his leadership style to be grounded in love, compassion, and unity, all while maintaining the ability to thrive in volatile and uncertain environments.He is the author of Outgrow Middle Management (2014), writes the Potential Development newsletter, and hosts the CEOpeek show. Dave lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys playing rock guitar, skiing, and hiking worldwide.
