Tumours of the posterior fossa represent all the lesional processes located in the posterior stage of the base of the skull. They may involve the brain stem, but are most often diagnosed in the cerebellum. Cerebellar metastases represent a particular nosological entity, with an approach that is reasoned in correspondence with the histological malignancy specific to the tumour, and the iterative features of the primary tumour. The management of these tumors has benefited from therapeutic advances. However, their frequent occurrence in a context of polyvisceral metastatic evolution poses multiple management problems. It was therefore proposed to study, on the basis of a series of patients treated in the neurosurgery department of the Ben Arous Traumatology and Major Burns Centre, the different clinical, radiological and therapeutic presentations of metastases in the posterior fossa as a function of the primary tumour, as well as the evolution and prognosis of these lesions according to the therapeutic protocols used.
