Here this book tried to highlight, most effective and frequently used Panchakarma procedures and medication for the same. Ayurveda has many scopes in management of CP, but there is even vast scope in the prevention by educating society. Inappropriate Ritu, Kshetra, Ambu and Bija, negligence of urges during Dauhrida stage of pregnant women,and many more may have undesirable effects on the fetus which could be prevented by pursuing Ayurveda. I hope this book will be helpful for non medicos and medicos to understand this disease by Ayurveda perspective.

Dr. Sagar Bhinde has done his bachelor in Ayurveda (BAMS) in 2008 from Akhandanand Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Ahmedabad. He completed his MD (Ayu) in Kaumarbhritya from IPGT&RA, Jamnagar. Currently he is working with G J Patel Institute of Ayurvedic Studies and Research, Anand, as an assistant professor and I/C Head, Department of Kaumarbhritya.
