This work aims to get alloy cerrobend and the study of the physical properties and structural analysis of this alloy low degree fused at 75oC and studies the effect of radiation on components cerrobend in order to make sure of getting good specification alloy for medical and industrial applications. Therefore alloys were divided into three groups: The first group: binary alloys consisting of Bi50-Pb50, Bi45-Sn55, and Bi50 -Cd50 in this group noticed effect of radiation on the physical characteristics and structural analysis of these alloys. The second group: three alloys consisting of Bi40-Pb40-Sn20, Bi40-Pb40-Cd20 and Bi40-Sn40-Cd20 these alloys have noted that the effect of radiation less than binary alloys and this shows the sequence in the selection of the best alloy. The third group: the alloy quaternary and this alloy is the basis of this work and are considered the best alloy obtained consisting of bismuth, lead, tin, cadmium and called (cerrobend) and that have not gets any effects her physical properties as a result of exposure to radiation.
