Color! Thirty, grayscale, mandala -esque coloring pages are designed to manifest desirable qualities in real life through simple art and color therapy. Some teachings only mention forward-facing outflow, but there is a key inflow that is highlighted in this book. **Beware: mirror writing is utilized -- don't do like witch hunters -- do like DaVinci! Curiosity about the language of images brought her to University of California at Davis, where she earned degrees in History of Art and Studio Art. Desire to heal her own body and mind led her to a 15-year career in bodywork and taught her much about navigating the subtle body.
