Challenge the Limit is a very enlightening book to read. An inspirational autobiographic look at life, its challenges & personal growth. Sunday Tsoi's life journey with her early childhood trauma, challenges and rejection is a strong story that will be appreciated by those who are able to question themselves and begin to understand their own habitual reactions and emotional responses in their everyday interaction with people and situations along life's path. Sunday's natural drive to recognise, that the 'limits' which emerge from her subconscious mind, are created by beliefs instilled due to the abuse and trauma experienced in her early life, will be very inspirational to those who have the ability to rise above those limits within themselves and see life from a different perspective. The importance of spirituality and understanding of true grace and forgiveness within the story, show clearly the depth of her understanding of life. Sunday's desire to help children in need throughout the world working through the Usana True Health Foundation is another illustration of a pure soul who shares care and love with no need for recognition or reciprocation. If you want to have a breakthrough to achieve more; reading and practising the content will make your dream come true. This story is special! A must to read!

Helping people, in particular women, discover the fact within, that they can "challenge the Limit" and rise to a new place in life where independence and relative freedom is attainable and beneficial to their lives and their immediate families is an important part of Sunday's endless aspiration. Sunday is always humble and generous to give and share what she has. She strives to make the world to be a better place to live. This has been recently demonstrated with her 'True Health Foundation Ambassador Award' (2017), 'Champion for Change Award' (2015) and '5K Run Champion for Change Award' by the Usana True Health Foundation.' Because of studying for her doctoral degree in the University of Auckland, she moved to New Zealand from Hong Kong in 2002 with her family. However, during her PhD studies, she was hit by car that caused a head injury in 2006 which left her unable to finish the degree as well as forfeiting the opportunity to take up a university lecturing position in Hong Kong. Recovery from the head injury took approximately three years. After she recovered, she made New Zealand her home. She set up 'Wholistic Care' in 2007 in New Zealand in order to provide a physical, psychological and spiritual health service. She sees herself as a missionary to people in poverty of holistic health. At the same time, she has been actively involved in humanitarian work by serving people in different countries since she was 23 years old; including Thailand and Uganda. Before Sunday had her second head injury in another car accident in 2013, she had been lecturing at Carey Baptist College in New Zealand in certain subjects; such as Youth Programme and Design; Cross-cultural Study, Spirituality and the Introduction to Counselling. She is passionate about enlightening people to find their pathway to contribute to their own lives and the local community. Beside running an international network marketing business, Sunday has untapped energy for charity fundraising and personal adventure. When she was working as a manager in 'Lifeline Aoteaora New Zealand', she raised funds within three months to help the Chinese department to continue providing service to the Chinese community in 2011. People are always surprised that she still finds time for hiking, going to chamber orchestra concerts and writing. She loves to challenge herself in new things, such as learning to sail, scuba diving and snorkelling. Sunday's highlight of her life journey is becoming the Ambassador of Usana True Health Foundation. Her involvement includes serving the local community in New Zealand and furthermore in Africa. She is a philanthropist in action.
