Japan is a perpetual enigma from a spiritual, cultural and material point of view; an inexhaustible mystery for the whole world, its magnificent history interwoven with symbols, shades and myths. It is also the second economic power of the world, as it has succeeded in influencing the global economy and becoming a unique case in history. Japan's future economic policy should consider competitiveness, while maintaining the social equilibrium created by the presence of national jobs. This means that in order to achieve the objective of competitiveness, it is preferable to find a balance between labour and capital, the most favourable to the employment, particularly given by the existence and creation of new companies. These important issues from the current reality have been underlying the main development directions of academics and science and aimed a thematic approach that has been discussed a lot, but never enough, regarding the greatness of the Japanese society.
