Emma Marie Solange Ngondje Songué, abogada internacional, tiene un DEA (derecho internacional) y un máster (derecho de los negocios). Sus trabajos científicos están relacionados con el derecho económico, el medio ambiente y el arbitraje, entre otros. Ha sido becaria de la CCJA de la OHADA y ha participado en los cursos de verano de la Academia de Derecho Internacional de La Haya.
