This volume presents the proceedings of the 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference on Digital Economy and Finances (DEFIN22) at the Saint-Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics (UMTE), which took place in March 2022. Anna Rumyantseva is Vice-Rector for Research and International Affairs at the Saint Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics (Russia). She is a leading expert in corporate finance, strategic financial management, financial and managerial accounting and a member of the International Association of RSA, IEEE (Russia) Vladimir Plotnikov is Professor at the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics (Russia) His research focuses on national and economic security, theory and practice of innovation, industrial organization and industrial policy, management and public administration, state regulation of the economy. Alexey Minin is Associate Partner at MHP - A Porsche Company, and an angel investor at NFT4U and Shutter Studio, both in Germany. He is an experienced professional with sound expertise in financial management in the digital economy, corporate governance, big data analysis and global trends in the digital economy. Hod Anyigba is Assistant Professor at the SBS Swiss Business School & Nobel International Business School in Acca (Ghana). His research focuses on economic globalization, policy compliance behavior, and corporate entrepreneurial strategy.
