With regard to role of knowledge in management and trade-off with risks they also include the infrastructures ensuring the education and the research even though some politics do not respect this reality.

Prof. Dr. Dana Prochazkova, PhD., DSc. studied at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Praha, worked in research in the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, Ministry of the State Control of the Czech Republic, State Office for Nuclear Safety, Ministry of Interior and in Czech Technical University in Praha.
