Martin Painter is Acting Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and Professor at the Department of Public and Social Administration, City University of Hong Kong. He has researched and published extensively in the field of public administration and governance. Ka Ho Mok is Associate Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Hong Kong. He has researched and published extensively in the field of comparative education policy and governance. M. Ramesh is Associate Professor, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, Singapore. He has researched and published in the field of social and public policy in Southeast Asia.
