Tendinopathies.- Hunter rod peroneal reconstruction.- Dwyer osteotomy, excision of peroneal tendons, insertion of peroneal tendon allograft.- Lateral calcaneal osteotomy, FDL transfer to PB stump.- D.P.- Infection secondary to graft jacket.
