Dr Ferdinand Ottoh holds PhD degree in Political Science. He teaches International Relations and Political Science, and has published in local and international journals, contributed chapters in books and co-authored a book. He has presented papers in local and international conferences. He is an alumnus of West Africa Peace-building Institute.
