This research discusses the challenges posed by the innovation of the Integrated Primary Education curriculum in the Construction - Implementation of the Primary Education curriculum at Escola Primária Completa 30 de Janeiro. The discussion on the relationship between the challenges of the innovation of the Integrated Basic Education curriculum and the Construction - Implementation of the Basic Education curriculum is due to the fact that this innovation is the one that allows the greatest realisation of the objectives of Basic Education in the lives of the students, being the main characteristic for the construction - implementation of the Basic Education Curriculum Plan. We opted for a mixed research approach and as data collection techniques we used a questionnaire and interviews with managers, teachers, students and parents/guardians respectively.
