Martin Hegley, lives with his family near Cambridge, England. He often enjoyed creating bedtime stories for his children, with mysterious characters and voices to match. A thriller and horror fan, he is an admirer of the master of suspense, Alfred Hitchcock. Working within the legal profession has served to inspire some of Martin's colourful array of characters. His headline protagonist's traits are drawn from his experience of life's darker tapestry. This has furnished him with the weaponry from which he has released his more macabre, creative juices. Now, with the opportunity to write by day, he spends most nights plotting murder (by proxy!).
