Joe Jackson is a former NFL football player, English teacher, graduate of New Mexico State University, and college and high school football coach. His story began in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a dream that motivated him to rise above the Jim Crow laws, separate but unequal, and the racial injustice of the early sixties.Joe's unique experiences along his journey are what Hollywood movies are made of. He transcribes a difficult past of low self-esteem and poor choices that nearly cost him his dream to play in the National Football League. His story is not only one of triumphantly entering the NFL; Joe's story resonates with anyone who has a dream. His sensitivity allows him to easily relate fundamental principles necessary for living the dream and living the promise. Joe knows what it's like to overcome a giant larger than any offensive lineman he ever faced in the NFL-fear. Fear is the biggest dream-killer known to man. In his unique way, Joe shares his amazing story to give hope to those crippled and hamstrung by fear.Joe earned a four-year scholarship to New Mexico State University.
