Banks are evolving in a rapidly changing environment. The socio-economic context and the constraints of the environment sometimes force managers to change their strategy in order to adapt to these changes and ensure the sustainability of their organization. These changes are not easily accepted by the actors involved. Coaching for change is therefore a key to success in order to better accept change and to invest in the work. This research examines the case of an international bank that has undergone major organizational changes. The research approach undertaken is based on quantitative and qualitative survey methods and direct observation, with semi-structured interviews. Its objective is to verify the possibility of implementing the subject of change management in training in order to improve its quality and to improve the quality of life at work and the well-being of employees.
