Close investigation of literature regarding the behavior of natural phenomena concluded in a need for more research. All available method of analyses, in different disciplines, contain epistemic and aleatoric uncertainties. The aleatoric uncertainty stems from the test/reliable data which reduces in pass of time. The epistemic uncertainty depends on the assumptions made, equations derived, the methods used for solution, and etc. In another word, the epistemic uncertainty is the outcome of the philosophy behind human knowledge. Clearly the remedy needs a change in the backbone of classical philosophy. Steps into the first decade of the present century triggered the interest of Abdolrasoul Ranjbaran Team (ART) research group toward analysis of changed systems under the notion of investigation of the natural phenomena. A phenomenon is conceived as the change in a characteristics of the system. The process of change in the system is found to be the sole characteristics of the system but is not dependent on the hazard that enforces the change into the system.
