This paper discusses the role of government in the region and policy areas that need to be worked on.

He completed his Masters in Public Administration in Public and Economic Policy from London School of Economics and has worked in the area of energy security, finance and development in UK and India. He also has an MBA degree and bachelors degree in Economics.
