Two construction sites in Pietä were chosen to investigate their impact on the urban environment. Differing phenomena were tested out, some of which include the perspectives of construction workers working on site, local residents, pedestrians and local shop owners with regard to the construction site itself. The perspectives of each were gathered through questionnaires. A traffic survey was carried out in order to study the number of construction trucks compared to the number of passenger cars outside the construction sites.

Mi nombre es Rachel Portelli. Mi formación es de Licenciada en Geografía (con honores) y de Certificado de Postgrado para la Educación en Geografía. He seguido ambos cursos en la Universidad de Malta y este trabajo se realizó durante el curso de licenciatura. Concluyó en junio de 2013.
