The transmission of information from an individual or unit to another is important in our day today activity in the University Libraries. The flow of information from one point to another and between individuals is helpful in taking timely decisions and actions especially in the university Libraries. The system of communication in most libraries calls for research especially in taking timely decisions and actions in Library management meetings that either concerns staff matters/ official in the Library. The communication in the university library calls for research as junior staff of the libraries sometimes could not relate well with senior subordinate due to differences in their designation.
