In this study, we focus our attention on nonlinear semiconductors carriers transport, specially on solitary and chaotic carriers transports induced by impact ionization phenomena. In this work, we investigate new semiconductors nonlinear carriers behaviors, demonstrating solitary and chaotic carriers transport induced by impact ionization phenomena. To reach such a gold, using the equation of continuity of electrons and holes in their bands and traps, we introduce new semiconductor impact ionization equation models: the band-trap impact ionization equation model under the effect of longitudinal electric field, the band-trap impact ionization equation model under the effect of crossed electric and magnetic fields, the impact ionization and hopping equation model. As results, applying the factorization method, we observe that carriers behave like breather soliton, kink and anti-kink solitary wave, traveling waves and periodic waves. Moreover, using MATLAB software, we plot chaotic phase portraits, their corresponding Poincaré sections, dynamic of Lyapunov diagrams, bifurcation diagrams, carriers wave form.

Mibaile Justin is a senior lecturer in the Department of Physics of the Higher Teachers' Training College of the University of Maroua in Cameroon. He received his PhD in 2016 at the same University. He study soliton, chaos and rogue waves in soft living and hard condensed matter. He has published more than 40 research papers.
