Joan B. Williams is a Black administrator in education based in Toronto, Canada. Originally from Jamaica, where she began her teaching career, she later moved to the Turks & Caicos Islands before settling in Canada. When she is not brainstorming ways to enhance student education, Joan is dedicated to caring for her family. She finds relaxation in cooking, baking, and occasionally sewing. Additionally, Joan actively participates in her church community, serving in the children's ministry.
