Natural fibers have recently attracted the attention of scientists due to their characteristics: low cost, low density, renewable, biodegradable and non-corrosive. In this work, we prepared and investigated the properties of high-density polyethylene matrix composites reinforced with plant fibers leaf of prickly cactus. To study the effect of fiber content (5%, 15%, 25%) on composite quality, physical, morphological and mechanical analyses were carried out on the various materials produced. She obtained her PhD in organic chemistry from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, Université El Manar, Tunisia, in 2004, and Habilitation Universitaire in 2010.
