Natural fibers have recently attracted the attention of scientists due to their characteristics: low cost, low density, renewable, biodegradable and non-corrosive. In this work, we prepared and investigated the properties of high-density polyethylene matrix composites reinforced with plant fibers leaf of prickly cactus. To study the effect of fiber content (5%, 15%, 25%) on composite quality, physical, morphological and mechanical analyses were carried out on the various materials produced. The results obtained show that these composite materials exhibit good rigidity, a reduction in density and slight brittleness, making them brittle.
