This document deals with the problems related to child malnutrition due to deficiency, particularly protein-energy malnutrition. It offers concrete solutions in reducing this phenomenon through the use of amylase-rich flours. It therefore appears to health professionals, community nutritionists, dieticians and others as a document whose reading could improve strategies for managing and combating this problem. In addition, it should, if possible, be associated with training programs in health, nutrition, dietetics, community nutrition and also for the youngest.
