Autorenporträt
Delali Polycarp is a Ghanaian scientist who researches and contributes to manpower development in ensuring food safety and security. He holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Food Science from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is a Lecturer at Bolgatanga Technical University and a member of Ghana Association of Science Teachers (GAST).
