Simon Bucher-Jones is a novelist, poet, and artist. This is a book in his First Ether series, which reimagines 19th century classics in a world where the solar system was explored in the 18th and 19th century, using a technology now lost. In this volume he is collaborating with Wilkie Collins, the secret history of whose novel "The Evil Genius" can now be revealed.
