Mr. Rodelio Creer is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from Cebu Institute of Technology University. He later proceeded to join the academe by becoming a science teacher for almost twenty years. He was a physics, math, and computer science teacher in different private schools in Cebu, Philippines, such as De La Salle ASMC in DAS, Toledo City; St. Catherine's College in Carcar; and PAREF Springdale School in Lahug, Cebu City. He then decided to transfer to a public school at Toledo City Division, specifically at Cantabaco NHS teaching MAPEH (Music, Arts, PE, Health), TLE (focusing on computers), and seventh grade science for twelve years. He later was accepted to teach fourth grade science in Texas. Mr. Creer holds a Texas teacher certificate to teach science for grades four to eight. He is now taking graduate studies at Grand Canyon University, taking a Master of Science in Information Technology Management.
