Autorenporträt
Dr. Tom Hanchett is the staff historian at the Levine Museum of the New South in Charlotte. He has written and taught extensively about the South during the Jim Crow era. Ryan Sumner is the assistant curator at the Levine Museum of the New South. He located many of the historic photographs and artifacts that are on display in the Cotton Fields to Skyscrapers exhibit and that are now showcased in Charlotte and the Carolina Piedmont.
