Ernest "Tre" Hadrick, III, is an educator, certified counselor, and community leader inNorristown, PA. For more than fifteen years, he has worked to advance the lives of youngchildren, teens, and their families. He currently serves as a school counselor at Central MontcoTechnical High School and an adjunct professor at Villanova University. Tre has spearheadednumerous initiatives to increase parent engagement, equity, career preparation, andorganizational development. He is the founder of the Norristown Men of Excellence Inc., a non-profit that implements programs and services to enhance the overall well-being of families in thecommunity. He has shared his trademark S.E.E.D.S. of Leadership philosophy as a TEDxspeaker and guest on several programs and podcasts.Tre is a member of the Epsilon Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and aformer Division I athlete, playing for Auburn University and North Carolina A&T StateUniversity. He has completed post-graduate studies at Wilmington University and CabriniUniversity. Outside of his work and community service, Tre enjoys spending time with his wifeand son.
