Finally, we introduce a novel N-to-C sequential ligation method for protein total synthesis. These methods developed have dramatically promoted protein PTM research.

I completed my undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at Nanyang Technological University with honors in 2007, and received my PhD in Chemical Biology and Biochemistry at the same university in 2012. During my PhD studies, I followed Dr Liu Chuan-Fa and focused on the study of chemical ligation and its application in protein synthesis.
