Tanvir was born in 27 October, 1983 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is the youngest son of Md. Abdul Khaleque and Khaleda Begum. He is married to Israt Zaman. At present he is a Lecturer of the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Noakhali Science and Technology University, Noakhali, Bangladesh.
