In these productions, it was noticed that the situation must improve in terms of: quality standards, product marketing, capital markets, the structure of the range of education and professional development. Activities in the development of market chains, all participants (processors, producers, exporters, consumers, etc.) should focus on: adoption of standards that allow to produce products with added value (through integral and organic production, protection of products with geographical origin, etc.); ensuring legal protection and creating conditions for its implementation in a way that does not favor any group within the production, processing and marketing chain; elimination of the gray market, which basically creates unequal conditions for all; developing policies and legislation, which will create a competitive business environment for investing in these productions; development of physical and market infrastructure along the market chain in consultation with all interestedactors, etc. The wholesale sector and the processing sector should, above all, be oriented towards increasing demand by lowering the cost of products and finding new markets and technologies in production.
