He lives in Madison Wisconsin with his wife and their 2 sons. Woody started his career as an apprentice carpenter and is now the Director of Field Operations for a Madison based general contractor. His stories are derived from real life examples of kindness and mischief and you can feel his thoughtfulness throughout the pages of his books.
