Autorenporträt
Flóra Raffai is a small organisation leader, trustee, and coach. Since 2015, she has been a Chief Executive Officer at small organisations, from a newly formed charity, a decades old awarding body, and a century old charity. She has served as a trustee and mentor for several small organisations, and is currently the Chair of Trustees at a Cambridge-based infrastructure charity. Flóra is an accredited transformational coach, specialising in coaching small organisation leaders. She holds a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and a MSt in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
