Research study that analyzes the factors that influence intergovernmental articulation and how it affects the implementation of the Childhood First policy at the regional and local level. It was concluded that intergovernmental articulation rarely takes into account local and regional contexts, and has a sectoral logic. The Peruvian State should be committed to intersectoral work with the leadership of a government body whose substantive function is the articulation of intergovernmental and intersectoral policy, where the decision-making authorities give the same attention to the implementation of public policies as they give to their planning or design.
