The motto, Child of Virtue, Peace is My Purpose, guides the entire program. The Seamonster Family of Lake Kampos consists of Sami, his Mom and Dad, little sister Lizi, and Grandpa. Sami's friends include Harvey Crustacean, Bruce Bass, Cannon Catfish, Gloria Goldfish and Porsha Pike. In their underwater world, humans are to be avoided and lake pollution is becoming a problem.
