The study suggests strong recommendations which would best rid the country of ritual murders or in any event curtail the rate at which they are committed.

Sophia Nampijja is a Ugandan. She is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University in partial fulfillment of which degree she submitted this work. She recently completed the bar course at the Law Development Center in Uganda and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Taxation at the East African School of Taxation also in Uganda.
