Livia grew up very poor and built a "trust no one" mentality after enduring a rough childhood that led her down a road of criminal charges and locked up at age fifteen. Upon release, she dropped out of high school and had a baby at age eighteen. Having a son and changing the way she viewed life created a fire to go back to school, find a day job, and save enough money by changing the way she thought about money and eliminating unnecessary spending to invest in houses, producing hundreds of thousands in real estate.
