Pol., is an academic researcher at the Centre for Prevention and Intervention in Childhood and Adolescence (CPI) at Bielefeld University.  Ullrich Bauer is a professor at Bielefeld University, Germany, where he also heads the Department of Socialization Research and the CPI.
