Alejandra J. Josiowicz is professora adjunta and Prociencia Fellow (2021-2024) at the Institute of Languages and Literatures of the Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). She has published widely on the topics of childhood studies and Latin American cultural studies. Irasema Coronado is a professor and the director of the School of Transborder Studies at Arizona State University. She is co-author of Fronteras No Mas: Toward Social Justice at the U.S.-Mexico Border and Políticas: Latina Public Officials in Texas.
