Out of Love, the Great Light created the world and everyone is a child of the Great Light. It totally bypasses the evolution vs. creation debate. Light of the World, the second story, teaches that each child is different and special with their own gifts. They let their light shine by using their gifts for others. In a dramatic turn, a selfish child's light becomes dim, but is restored when he is reminded of his true identity. Always with You is about a child who becomes lost, but is shown that she is really never alone. The Light will never leave her. The message is, you are created out of Love. You have the Light within and it will always be there, no matter what. Wayne McDaniel's mission in life is to help others increase their capacity to live and to give. He does this through writing and personal and philanthropic coaching. He is a father and grandfather. He and his wife live in a beautiful log house outside of Lawrence, Kansas with their dog, Trek. He loves to write, hike and bike. He has travelled all over the world doing adventuresome things, such as bicycling across Nicaragua, sleeping in a yurt in Kyrgyzstan, snorkeling in the Caribbean and hiking the Yellow Mountains in China. For most of his career, he was a financial planner and help build a successful firm whose mission mirrored his personal mission of helping people live and give more. Wayne has always had an interest in spiritual matters and writes from an inclusive mystical Christian tradition, which views all creatures as expressions of the Love of God
