Janine Hoffman studied and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Long Island University at C.W. Post. She came into prominence as an illustrator and painter, where her work has been widely exhibited and sold in galleries and added to collections across North America as well as Europe. Her illustrations have graced numerous publications, from Beckett Monthly to the "Green Living" series for Labyrinth Learning. She has contributed her artistic talents to many independent comic book ventures, the most prominent being the sci-fi adventure "Steele Destinies". Janine is also an adjunct instructor at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. Her love for the animals and nature that surround her inspire the children's books she now creates.
