Nian Cai Liu is the Director of the Center for World-Class Universities and the Dean of the Graduate School of Education at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Simon Marginson is Professor of Higher Education at the University of Oxford and Director of the ESRC/OFSRE Centre for Global Higher Education (CGHE).
